WELDING / BRAZING
Our capabilities in the welding arena cover many areas; Stainless, Aluminum, Copper alloys and Carbon Steel. Welding & Brazing is performed by certified operators.
MACHINING
Provision incorporates the use of equipment in-house, including a vast network of outside sources. If we cannot machine it in-house, we have qualified sources already identified.
ASSEMBLIES
Our assemblies are broad based: from mechanical to electromechanical, vacuum to pressures, ultra clean to commerical clean.

SUPPORTING EFFORTS
Provision utilitizes various cleaning methods based on customer requirements. Typical cleaning outputs are for Oxygen usage. A certified Class 10,000 Clean Room is used for our standing cleaning to MIL-STD-1330D, or other cleaning requirements. Other processes include but are not limited to Ultrasonic and Glass Beading. Oxygen cleaning standards meet or exceed Military and Commerical requirements.
Virtually all process's have some form of testing and/or inspection. Processes used include but are not limited to:
- Metrology, CMM, Optical Comparator
- Pneumatic & Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
- Helium Mass Spectrometer
- Cryogenic Cold Shocking
- Black & White Light Inspection
- Mil-STD-1330D Oxygen Cleaning
- Millipore Filter Testing
Provision's staff takes great pride in their ability to offer DFM efforts when the customer requests. We use AutoCAD and Inventor for our needs and always encourage our customers to allow us to assist in the manufacturabilty of their designs.
